During the past week, I've been talking about how stress can have serious health effects on your body. I have already told you how ongoing stress can lead to inflammation, which causes all kinds of health problems. I've also discussed the different ways we respond to stress.
Are you still wondering if stress and inflammation could be having negative effects on your health? If you're not sure, I have a few quick questionnaires that may help you:
1) The Standard Process Stress Assess
2) The Hypothyroid Quick Check
3) The Adrenal Quick Check
If you would like a copy of the forms, feel free to send an email to our Assistant Clinic Manager at email@example.com
Once you have filled them out, make an appointment so we can go over your results and see what we can do to help you on your road to recovery.
